Delivery

Delivery within Lithuania is carried out by the method chosen by the buyer (post, LPExpress, Omniva, DPD, Itella Smartpost, Autobusu siuntos) and paid by the buyer.
Delivery within Lithuania of orders over 100 EUR is free.
We ship items through International delivery shipping. Delivery price to most foreign countries will depend on parcel weight and destination country. We use shipment tracking so you will always know the status of your parcel.

We kindly ask you to write your correct address and telephone number, so that a courier could contact you and deliver your ordered item to your address.
We are not responsible for any import duties and customs charges.
Your order will be shipped per 1-2 business day.
Tracking number will be uploaded within 1-2 business day.
Please note: we are not responsible for any import taxes or duties which may arise in Buyer’s country.

Returns

Returns are allowed within 14 days after item is received. Shipping back to us is buyers responsibility. Refund can be done only after package is received and please ship it with registered mail that you could see when package is delivered to us. Item has to be not worn in original package and double boxed. Please leave a note in the package with your order number and your bank account number where the money has to be refunded.

To return or exchange an item(s), please fill in the Application Form.
The returned item must be unused, except when it is returned due to manufacturing defects.
The returned item must be in the original orderly packaging (this paragraph does not apply if the returned item is faulty).
The item must be unused with marketable appearance retained (labels, protective films, etc. intact). This paragraph does not apply if the returned item is faulty.
